這項電腦研習活動，由台灣首府大學設計學院負責，設計學院資訊與多媒體系主任王宏仁及錢正旭等老師率系上10餘位學生，指導台南地區偏鄉小學生學習電腦，有來自安業、港尾、文正、麻豆、北勢、培文、隆田、信義、四維及玉豐等10所國小小學生參加。
